Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how RevShare collects, uses, stores, protects, shares and retains information when you access or use RevShare, including email sign-in, Google sign-in, X sign-in, wallet connections, embedded account wallets, token creation, token management, swaps, wallet pages, comments, reputation features and related services.

By using RevShare, you acknowledge that blockchain activity is public by design and that some information cannot be deleted, changed or made private once broadcast to a blockchain or indexed by third parties.

Account information: email address, OAuth provider identifiers, display names, profile images, avatar URLs, login timestamps, account settings, session data and authentication metadata.

Wallet information: external wallet addresses, embedded account wallet addresses, EVM addresses, Solana addresses, transaction hashes, token balances, token holdings, token ownership, token management actions, signatures, signed messages and blockchain interaction records.

Embedded wallet information: when you use account-based wallet features, RevShare or its service providers may generate, receive, store, encrypt, decrypt, process or use wallet signing material, private keys or equivalent credentials as required to provide wallet functionality that you initiate. We do not publicly disclose this signing material, and we use it only to provide, secure and operate the service.

Token and project information: token names, symbols, images, descriptions, metadata, social links, distribution settings, fee settings, ownership transfers, liquidity settings, bonding curve data, reward settings, comments, reputation actions and any other content you submit.

Technical information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, screen information, language, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, clicks, errors, API calls, request headers, security logs, rate-limit events and diagnostic data.

Third-party data: information from wallet providers, OAuth providers, email providers, RPC providers, indexers, analytics providers, DEX data providers, blockchain explorers, social platforms, fraud-prevention providers and other services integrated with RevShare.

We use information to provide, operate, secure, maintain and improve RevShare; authenticate users; enable email/OAuth login; create and manage embedded wallets; sign messages or transactions you initiate; display wallets and balances; create and manage tokens; process swaps and token operations; route transactions; provide comments and reputation features; provide support; prevent fraud and abuse; debug errors; enforce our Terms; and comply with legal obligations.

We may use information to detect suspicious activity, scams, compromised accounts, abusive automation, sanctions risk, money laundering risk, market manipulation, platform attacks, prohibited content, intellectual-property abuse, technical failures and policy violations.

We may aggregate or anonymize information so it can no longer reasonably identify you, and use that information for analytics, security, product improvement, public statistics and business purposes.

Public blockchains are transparent and permanent. Wallet addresses, token balances, smart contract interactions, token metadata, transaction hashes, signatures and related activity may be visible to anyone and may be copied, indexed, stored, analyzed or republished by third parties.

RevShare cannot delete, modify, hide or reverse data recorded on-chain or independently stored by blockchain nodes, explorers, indexers, analytics providers, RPC providers, DEXs, wallets, search engines or other third parties.

If you connect an external wallet or use an embedded account wallet, your wallet activity may be associated with your account, email, OAuth identity, device, IP address or other data within our systems for security, support, compliance and service-operation purposes.

For email, Google, X or other account-based wallet features, RevShare may maintain wallet addresses and encrypted signing material or private-key-equivalent credentials necessary to enable wallet functionality. This information is sensitive and is used to provide actions you request, such as signing messages, signing transactions, sending assets, managing tokens or interacting with smart contracts.

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect signing material. However, no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for protecting your email account, OAuth account, device, browser session and authentication methods. A compromise of those may allow unauthorized access to your RevShare account.

We may refuse, suspend or delay wallet signing or wallet access when we believe it is necessary for security, legal, compliance, fraud-prevention, sanctions, abuse-prevention or platform-integrity reasons.

We may use cookies, local storage, session storage, SDK storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, detect abuse, improve performance, measure usage, secure sessions and provide wallet and network functionality.

You can control cookies and storage through your browser settings. Disabling them may prevent parts of RevShare from working, including login, wallet state, network selection, security checks and user interface preferences.

Service providers: we may share information with hosting providers, database providers, email providers, OAuth providers, analytics providers, RPC providers, indexers, wallet infrastructure providers, security vendors, support tools and other vendors that help us operate RevShare.

Blockchain and transaction providers: wallet addresses, transaction data, signed transactions and related information may be transmitted to blockchains, RPC providers, DEXs, smart contracts, indexers, explorers and other protocols as necessary to perform actions you initiate.

Legal and safety: we may disclose information if we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, sanctions obligations, law-enforcement requests, regulatory requests, security investigations, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, protection of users, protection of RevShare, or enforcement of our Terms.

Business transfers: information may be disclosed or transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, bankruptcy, sale of assets, change of control or similar transaction.

With consent or direction: we may share information when you ask us to, authorize it, connect a third-party service, submit public content, or use a feature that requires sharing.

We use reasonable technical, administrative and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, monitoring, separation of duties and security review practices.

No internet, blockchain, wallet, database, API, encryption, storage or authentication system is guaranteed to be secure. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, compromise, data loss, account takeover, phishing, malware, SIM swap, device compromise, OAuth compromise, email compromise, smart-contract exploit or third-party failure will never occur.

You should use strong passwords, two-factor authentication for email and OAuth accounts, secure devices, updated browsers, anti-phishing practices, and separate wallets for high-risk activity.

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the service, maintain accounts and wallets, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, secure the platform, support users, maintain records and operate our business.

Security logs, technical logs and abuse-prevention records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for security and compliance. Account and wallet records may be retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Legal, tax, fraud, investigation and compliance records may be retained longer where required or appropriate.

Backups may retain information for a limited period after deletion from active systems. Blockchain data cannot be deleted by RevShare.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict or object to processing of certain personal information, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

You may request deletion through our data deletion process. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We may deny or limit requests where necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, wallet operation, records retention, or because the information is on-chain or held by third parties.

Deleting your account or personal data may disable access to embedded wallet features, account recovery, support records, token management, wallet history, reputation history or other services. Deletion does not reverse blockchain transactions or delete public blockchain data.

RevShare and its service providers may process information in multiple countries. Those countries may have data protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. By using RevShare, you understand that information may be transferred, stored and processed outside your location.

RevShare is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

RevShare may link to or integrate third-party wallets, OAuth providers, DEXs, social platforms, explorers, analytics tools, RPCs, indexers and websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for third-party privacy, security or data practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Your continued use of RevShare after an update means you acknowledge the updated policy.
