These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and RevShare. By accessing RevShare, connecting a wallet, signing in by email, Google, X or another authentication method, creating a token, managing a token, using an embedded account wallet, submitting a transaction, or otherwise using any RevShare service, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms.
If you use RevShare on behalf of a company, project, DAO, organization or other person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use RevShare.
RevShare provides software tools, interfaces, routing, automation, account login, wallet-related tooling, token creation tooling, token management tooling, liquidity and distribution tooling, analytics, social and community features, and related technical services. RevShare is a technology provider only.
RevShare is not a broker, dealer, exchange, bank, trust company, payment institution, investment adviser, financial adviser, legal adviser, tax adviser, fiduciary, portfolio manager, custodian in the legal or regulated sense, or promoter of any token created or displayed through the platform.
Any smart contract, token, liquidity pool, distribution wallet, bonding curve, swap route, third-party protocol, wallet adapter, RPC endpoint, API, oracle, indexer, bridge, decentralized exchange or blockchain network may fail, be exploited, be unavailable, produce incorrect data, or behave unexpectedly. You use them at your own risk.
You may use RevShare only if you are legally permitted to do so. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws, rules and regulations that apply to you, your jurisdiction, your tokens, your transactions, your marketing, your taxes, your users and your business.
You must not use RevShare if you are subject to sanctions, located in a prohibited or restricted jurisdiction, using the platform for unlawful activity, or acting for a person who is prohibited from using the service.
You must not use RevShare to create, promote, trade or manage tokens, content or activity that is fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, defamatory, market-manipulative, infringing, unlawful, sanctions-related, money-laundering-related, terrorist-financing-related, exploitative, or otherwise harmful.
RevShare may suspend, restrict, hide, remove, refuse, delay, block or terminate access to any account, token, feature or transaction at any time when we believe it is necessary for security, legal, compliance, operational, reputational or platform-integrity reasons.
RevShare may allow sign-in through email one-time passwords, Google, X, or other providers. You are responsible for maintaining control of your email account, OAuth accounts, devices, passwords, sessions, two-factor authentication and recovery methods.
Anyone who can access your email, OAuth provider, browser session, device or account may be able to access your RevShare account and initiate actions. RevShare is not responsible for losses caused by compromised email accounts, compromised OAuth accounts, SIM swaps, malware, phishing, device loss, browser compromise, credential theft, session hijacking, user error or unauthorized access resulting from your security practices.
You must immediately stop using the service and contact us if you believe your account, wallet, email or OAuth login has been compromised. We may not be able to reverse or stop blockchain transactions, even if reported quickly.
RevShare may support external self-custody wallet adapters and embedded account wallets linked to email or OAuth login. External wallet adapters are controlled by you and third-party wallet providers. Embedded account wallets may be generated, stored, encrypted, decrypted, used or accessed through RevShare infrastructure or service providers to enable account-based signing and transaction submission.
By using an embedded account wallet, you authorize RevShare systems to use the wallet signing material associated with your authenticated account to sign messages, transactions and instructions that you initiate or approve through the interface. You acknowledge that such signing may cause irreversible blockchain activity.
Embedded account wallet functionality is provided as a technical convenience and does not make RevShare your fiduciary, trustee, investment manager, bank, broker, regulated custodian or insurer. Digital assets are not deposits, are not insured by any governmental or private insurance scheme, and may be lost permanently.
You are solely responsible for reviewing all actions before approving them, including destination addresses, token addresses, amounts, slippage, tax settings, token metadata, ownership transfers, management changes, swaps, burns, locks, distribution settings and liquidity operations.
If a wallet, private key, signing credential, distribution wallet, generated wallet, embedded wallet or authority cannot be recovered, cannot be exported, is restricted by design, is suspended for security, or is technically inaccessible, RevShare is not liable for resulting loss, delay, inability to transact, missed opportunity or inability to recover assets.
RevShare may refuse to sign, submit, assist with, recover, unlock, transfer or interact with any wallet, asset, token or transaction if we believe doing so may create legal, security, fraud, sanctions, abuse, scam, technical or reputational risk.
Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. RevShare cannot guarantee cancellation, reversal, recovery, confirmation, execution, routing, settlement, timing, inclusion, price, tax behavior, distribution behavior, token behavior, liquidity availability or successful completion of any transaction.
You are responsible for all gas fees, network fees, priority fees, rent, slippage, MEV, price movement, failed transactions, reverted transactions, duplicate submissions, incorrect addresses, incompatible tokens, insufficient balances, RPC errors, third-party outages and all other transaction costs or losses.
Information shown by RevShare, including balances, market capitalization, volume, token names, logos, prices, holders, bonding progress, liquidity and transaction status, may be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, cached, estimated or supplied by third parties. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for any decision.
Token creators are solely responsible for every token they create, import, manage, promote or control through RevShare. This includes token design, metadata, supply, taxes, fees, liquidity, bonding curves, marketing, statements, promises, communities, reward systems, distribution settings, ownership, compliance and all consequences to holders or third parties.
RevShare does not endorse, verify, audit, guarantee, sponsor or assume responsibility for any user-created token. Displaying a token, logo, chart, profile, social link, market data or token page does not mean RevShare approves it.
You must not create or manage tokens that are scams, rug pulls, impersonations, securities offerings, illegal lotteries, illegal gambling products, misleading investment schemes, infringing assets, malware-related assets, sanctions-related assets or otherwise unlawful products.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RevShare and its affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, penalty, fine, cost, investigation, damages or expense arising from your token, your project, your users, your statements, your transactions or your breach of these Terms.
Some RevShare features use generated wallets, distribution wallets, automated program calls, pool tax mechanisms, bonding curves, reward mechanisms, claim mechanisms, social fee mechanisms, burn mechanisms, ownership-transfer tools and other automated logic. You understand that these mechanisms may be permanent, restricted, delayed, non-recoverable or non-upgradable.
RevShare may restrict access to generated wallets, private keys, withdrawal authorities or signing authorities for security, anti-fraud and platform-integrity reasons. If a feature states or implies that a wallet or authority will not be provided to you, you waive any right to demand access to it.
Initial funding, service fees, transaction fees, gas fees, rent, liquidity seeding amounts, maintenance balances and platform fees may be non-refundable unless RevShare expressly states otherwise in writing.
RevShare may pause, suspend, hide, migrate, disable, recover, hold or refuse reward or distribution functionality if a token fails operational thresholds, appears abusive, appears fraudulent, causes harm, violates these Terms, creates excessive technical load, or creates legal or security risk.
When you import an existing token into RevShare, including a PumpFun or similar token, you authorize RevShare to create or use a fresh distribution wallet and to migrate, update or configure fee-sharing, fee-recipient, fee-authority or creator-fee routing settings so the token's eligible fees are collected and processed by the RevShare system.
You understand and agree that this migration may be irreversible. After import, creator fees or fee-sharing rights may no longer be revertible to the original fee creator, original fee recipient, original fee authority or prior configuration. RevShare may not be technically able to undo the import, restore the previous recipient, or return the token to its pre-import fee-management state.
Imported tokens may be permanently managed through the RevShare distribution system for fee collection, reward processing, claim processing, burns, app rewards or other selected distribution modes. The user or project retains the right to use, configure and manage the imported token inside the RevShare platform where supported, including changing available platform settings, reward modes, app reward type, metadata and other token configuration options.
Your management rights inside RevShare do not mean RevShare can reverse immutable on-chain changes, undo an irrevocable fee migration, recover an unavailable authority, or restore an original fee creator after the import has been completed.
Nothing on RevShare is investment, financial, legal, accounting, tax, trading, technical security or other professional advice. You must perform your own due diligence and consult qualified professionals before creating, buying, selling, holding, promoting or managing any digital asset.
Digital assets are highly risky and may lose all value. Tokens created through RevShare may have no market, no liquidity, no utility, no buyers, no community, no revenue, and no legal or regulatory approval.
You agree to pay all fees shown or charged in connection with your use of RevShare. Fees may include platform fees, token creation fees, management fees, routing fees, service fees, gas fees, transaction fees, third-party fees and network fees.
Fees may be changed at any time. Unless expressly required by law or expressly agreed by RevShare in writing, fees are non-refundable.
You are solely responsible for determining, reporting and paying any taxes, duties, levies or governmental charges arising from your use of RevShare, your tokens, your assets, your transactions and your income.
RevShare may integrate with third-party wallets, chains, RPCs, APIs, indexers, analytics providers, DEXs, launchpads, bridges, OAuth providers, email providers, hosting providers and other services. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, data, security, terms, privacy practices or failures.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies. You are solely responsible for reviewing and accepting them.
You must not attack, exploit, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, bypass, manipulate, automate abuse of, or gain unauthorized access to RevShare, its APIs, its wallets, its infrastructure, its rate limits, its authentication systems or third-party integrations.
We may monitor, log, investigate, rate-limit, block, report, freeze access, preserve records or disclose information when we believe it is necessary for security, compliance, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, law enforcement, or protection of RevShare or others.
RevShare and its software, designs, branding, interface, logos, systems, documentation and content are owned by RevShare or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
You retain responsibility for content you submit, including token names, symbols, logos, descriptions, links, social content and metadata. You represent that you have all rights required to use that content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
You grant RevShare a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reproduce, adapt and use submitted content as necessary to operate, secure, market and improve the platform.
RevShare is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevShare disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, security, uninterrupted operation and error-free performance.
RevShare does not warrant that the platform, wallets, embedded wallets, APIs, transactions, smart contracts, token tools, data, routes, swaps, liquidity functions, charts, rewards, distributions or third-party integrations will be secure, available, accurate, complete, profitable, compliant, uninterrupted or free from vulnerabilities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevShare and its affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive or similar damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost assets, lost tokens, loss of goodwill, loss of data, business interruption, trading loss, market loss, tax liability, regulatory liability, wallet compromise, smart-contract failure, network failure, third-party failure or unauthorized access.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevShare's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) the fees you paid directly to RevShare for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the claim, or (b) USD $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless RevShare and its affiliates, owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, service providers and agents from all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, penalties, fines, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from or relating to your use of RevShare, your account, your wallets, your tokens, your content, your transactions, your violation of law, your breach of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may change, suspend, discontinue, replace or restrict any part of RevShare at any time without liability. We may update these Terms by posting a new version. Your continued use of RevShare after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate or restrict your access at any time for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, illegality, sanctions risk, security risk, non-payment, harmful content, legal request, technical risk or breach of these Terms.
Before filing any claim, you agree to contact RevShare and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. You and RevShare waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, representative action or collective proceeding to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes will be handled individually under the laws and courts applicable to the RevShare entity or operator providing the service. Nothing in these Terms prevents RevShare from seeking injunctive or equitable relief for security, intellectual-property, fraud, abuse or platform-integrity matters.
